6. Presentation DELIVERY SKILLS
Length: 1 day
Max attendance: 6 people

Be a confident and successful presenter!

One of the most common fears is speaking in front of an audience. But one of the most important pivotal tasks in a worker’s repertoire is giving presentations. Not surprising that this is a source of stress for all of us. Every presenter experiences fear and all have had the experience of given lousy presentations. Good presenters persevere, take training and learn from their own and others’ mistakes. Great presenters adapt and experiment but most of all they stop worrying about themselves and focus instead on the audience.

This training is delivered in small group format. Many of the skills we are trying to teach are relational and physical and therefore require interaction between trainer and attendees. The training is intended for presenters of any level in an organization, though would more benefit to people who have had some presentation experience already and who want to get better. The training is not intended specifically for any type of professional, but most materials are sourced from marketing and market research. Materials are not technical.

Note: for one of the exercises, attendees need to deliver their own short presentation deck. The deck should be prepared in advance.
