This is a senior role, with the successful candidate expected to manage the design and development of software, which is an integral part of the company's product offering, and will be undertaken with the support of external consultants. We are looking for an experienced IT Technical Project Manager who has experience of managing a software development projects, and who has good project management skills. This should include the ability to proactively identify risks, control quality, estimate cost, monitor performance to budget, and create a time schedule for project development. It also requires the ability to communicate effectively with external service providers and internally with other departments.
